Private PAy

We accept private payment as an alternative to insurance or managed care pay via credit or debit card.

Cancellations and missed appointments require 24 hour notice. In the absence of 24 hour notice a fee of $65.00 will be charged to the card on record. This applies to insurance, managed care and private pay agreements.

No Surprises

Organizations

Private pay clients will receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to them. While it is not possible to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this provides an estimate of the cost of services provided. The total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions attended, individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided.

Organizations

The cost of services provided to organizations will be determined during consultation. Fees will be payable as foloutlined in the signed agreement.
